After you open the reservation with the link in the SMS or email, press scan to enter when your car is directly in front of the gate. This will open a camera screen and you can then use your rear facing camera on the phone to scan the QR code posted on the first ticket machine. Moving your phone closer or further from the QR code can help it scan. Make sure to grant permission to access the camera if asked. iPhone users will need to use Safari, so if another browser is set as the default, follow the onscreen instructions to copy the link into Safari. For Android users Chrome works best.

At this time reservations cannot be modified. If you would like to change the entry or exit date or time or add or remove in/out privileges you can cancel the reservation for a refund if it is at least one hour prior to the start time and then book a new reservation. 

This can’t be added after entering. Once the reservation is scanned out, it is closed. In some cases, we may be able to issue a partial refund if a reservation is closed by exiting before the end time, and a new reservation is booked to reenter for the needed time. To request, please contact mobile-support@pialleygarage.com with both reservations and it will be evaluated based on the prices paid and additional fees due (in/out fee applied to each day of the reservation and $5.00 change fee).

You can only enter after 12:01am on the day of arrival and you will usually be charged an hourly fee ($8/hr., subject to change) up to the maximum daily hotel rate after 2 hours for reservations without in/out privileges and after 3 hours with in/out. In certain cases, with early entry, it may shift your reservation entrance and exit time back to reflect the actual entrance time, and you would not be charged an extra fee if you depart before the adjusted exit time.  Late exits are also charged the hourly fees up to the maximum daily hotel rate. Early entry and late exit fees are charged automatically when exiting. To get an exact estimate after entry for extra fees, price a new reservation without completing it for the days and times in the future. 

If you see the lobby attendant immediately after entering with the ticket they can often assist with manually checking in.  If they aren’t available, please email a photo of the ticket taken to enter to: mobile-support@pialleygarage.com  Once we verify the reservation is valid and the ticket was taken after the reservation start time we will log you in manually and you can scan to exit. Most scanning issues are due to a phone setting blocking the camera access. We need camera access for the web browser on the phone enabled. Some Android phones have it disabled by default. Please go to Settings, Apps, Permission Manager, Camera, and then select allow for the default browser you are using.  Android users that deny camera permission when asked will need to go into the Chrome menu to unblock the website. 

Reservations can be cancelled for a full refund up to an hour before the start time for a full refund. After that, no refunds are available. To cancel, use the cancel button on the reservation screen and it will confirm the cancellation amount.

No, the app is for a different parking program and not intended for hotel guests with reservations.
